BOOKING POLICY, CONSULTATION TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT

FACE GROUP | FACE BESPOKE | FACE INC STUDIO

To ensure an exceptional and seamless experience, all bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation & Retainer Fee

A non-refundable booking retainer of €50 is required to secure any consultation, photography session, videography session, styling appointment, makeup service, wedding consultation, bespoke design consultation, content creation service, or event planning engagement.

The booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

The retainer will be credited towards the final invoice where applicable but remains non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the client.

Consultation Fees

Consultation Fee: €50

Applicable to:

• ☐ Styling Consultation

• ☐ Wedding Consultation

• ☐ Photography Consultation

• ☐ Videography Consultation

• ☐ Content Creation Consultation

• ☐ Event Planning Consultation

• ☐ Makeup Consultation & Trial

• ☐ Other Specialised Consultations 

Consultation fees cover professional expertise, preparation, design direction, planning advice, and reserved appointment time and are therefore non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time without penalty.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the booking retainer.

Any approved rescheduled booking must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.

In such cases:

• The booking retainer will be forfeited.

• A new booking retainer will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Makeup Services

Due to the personal and consumable nature of makeup products and services:

Makeup Trial Approval 

Once a client has attended a makeup trial and approved the final look, style, colour palette, product selection, or artistic direction:

• No refunds will be issued.

• The approved service is deemed accepted.

• The booking may be rescheduled in accordance with the rescheduling policy, subject to availability.

This policy applies whether the final makeup appointment has taken place or not.

Photography, Videography & Content Creation

Following delivery of proofs, previews, edited images, videos, reels, magazines, albums, digital content, or other creative deliverables:

• Approval by the client constitutes acceptance of the work.

• No refunds shall be issued once deliverables have been approved or downloaded.

• Reasonable revision requests may be accommodated at FACE GROUP's discretion and within the agreed scope of work.

Bespoke Design & Custom Garments

All bespoke garments, bridal wear, ceremonial attire, couture pieces, alterations, and custom-made designs are produced specifically to client measurements and specifications.

As such:

• Deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Payments made towards custom orders are non-refundable once design development, sourcing, pattern drafting, cutting, fitting, or production has commenced.

• Approved designs cannot be returned or exchanged.

Event Planning Services

For event planning, coordination, and consultancy engagements:

• Deposits secure planning time and resource allocation.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Any cancellation after planning work has commenced will incur charges for work completed to date.

Force Majeure

FACE GROUP shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, government restrictions, illness, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit, retainer, consultation fee, or making a booking with FACE GROUP, FACE BESPOKE, or FACE INC STUDIO, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

At FACE GROUP, every booking receives dedicated creative attention, professional expertise, reserved studio time, and personalised service. These policies exist to protect both our clients and our creative team while ensuring the highest standards of luxury service and project delivery.
